Since we're specifying the date (in treff.md) in ISO 8601 we should
specify the time in it as well. Using the 12-hour clock in English is
not required, as it is only the custom in some English speaking
countries, but not an element in the language itself. Otherwise we would
have to specify the distances in miles rather than kilometers as well.
