Move the Chaostreff Bern website onto GitLab pages

This changes the deploy target for the website. Instead of deploying to the separate server at www.chaostreffbern.ch, we would deploy directly into GitLab pages which is running on the same host as GitLab.

After merging, we will also have to change the DNS records for www.chaostreffbern.ch, chaostreffbern.ch www.chaostreff-bern.ch, chaostreff-bern.ch, www.chaosbern.ch and chaosbern.ch and then tell GitLab to issue certificates for those. This is not a pressing issue though, as the existing site will continue to work.
